Ground beef kebab is the everyday kebab — minced Alberta beef seasoned with onion and spices, pressed onto skewers and cooked over charcoal until the outside chars and the inside stays moist. Two skewers make a full plate for two people.

The rice underneath is long grain basmati cooked with saffron and ginger, and our special kabuli naan bread comes with it. It is the most affordable of our kebab platters at $22, which makes it an easy weeknight dinner to pick up on the way through Airdrie.
